Q: Do I have to have a printer to make use of the 30-Day Digital Journals?

A: Absolutely not. The main reason for the digital delivery method is to make this healing and happiness tool as accessible as possible.

You can simply download your copy to your digital device, read the material and do the exercises on a sheet of paper or in a blank journal or notebook that you already own.

Q: Can I send it to someone as a gift?

A: Of course you can! Just go ahead and enter the gift recipient's email address at checkout. Or you can enter your own email so that it gets delivered to you, and then you can forward the download to the recipient.

Q: What's the point of journaling? How is this a healing and happiness tool?

A: This is one of my favorite questions. I'm not sure that there's just one point to journaling. Adopting a daily practice serves people in a myriad of ways, including increasing the probability of achieving goals, better organization, a sharper memory, better mental health, and even physical healing.

Yes, you read that right. Some studies indicate that daily journaling can actually heal your body.

And I don't know about you, but that makes me happy.

Q: What is the purpose of these journals in particular?

Q: Is journaling for me?

A: Not if you don't want to increase your self-esteem and confidence, improve your relationships, be more organized, achieve your goals, change your habits, increase your problem-solving skills, reduce stress, develop leadership skills, feel less overwhelmed and more gratitude, be kinder, increase your emotional intelligence, work through trauma and heal, and be physically healthier.

But if you do, I strongly recommend journaling.

Q: How long do I have to journal every day?

A: With the prompts I provide, it's easy to journal in less than 10 minutes. But trust me, as you get into it, you'll naturally want to write for longer.

Some people take up to 20 minutes to do deep work.

The beauty is that it can fit into your schedule, and you don't have to worry about sitting there, wasting time trying to figure out what the heck to write.
